Local 391's Voice of Teamsters - Summer/Fall 2017 Edition
Updated On: Aug 14, 2017
The Voice of Teamsters is in members' mailboxes and highlights the considerable activities of Local 391 over the summer, including a major pay victory at the General Assembly for public school support personnel, an appointment by Governor Roy Cooper of one of our union's leaders to a prestigious board, and updates on contract renewals and upcoming negotiations, including UPS.
The newsletter also includes a treasurer's report and a notice of election for Local 391.
"While Local 391 has gone to great lengths to modernize our communications on social media, in video production, and the website, the Voice of Teamsters newsletter is still an appreciated communication by our members," said President Mike McGaha, who authored a President's Message on page two of the publication. "We are proud of the work we've gotten done over the summer months and we are looking forward to ending 2017 with even more wins for our members."
Newsletters should have been received by Local 391 members at their home by the weekend of August 12-13. Call Stormy Fields at the Local 391 Greensboro office or email firstname.lastname@example.org to check on your mailing address.
