Local 391 Secretary Treasurer Vernon Gammon penned a letter to Doug Heckler, director of labor relations at Miller Coors in Eden.  The letter was in response to a phone conversation Gammon had with the company earlier in the week about the company's plan to use temporary and contract labor in the next year.  

Local 391 was not pleased with the conversation and its displeasure is reflected in the letter below.
